h2. 2. Nuxeo DM Home Page

* [add or remove gadgets|],
* [edit widgets|].

Basic and most frequently used *gadgets*:

*My Tasks* -- Lists the tasks assigned to user

*My Documents* -- List of published by user documents

*My Deleted Documents* \- List deleted documents for which the user has been a contributor

*Last Published Documents* \- Lists the last published documents

h2. 3. Select workspace to work

From Home page, the user can navigate between the two workspaces through the Personal Dashboard/My Workspaces. The user *selects to work* with _Rembrandt RS_ and enters the workspace of the project.

h2. 4. Create new folder

In there, various Collaborative Spaces are precreated -- forum, blog, site, documentation uploaded regarding the current project, etc. The user can *add content* in each and every section or create new ones. For example, s/he can create a new folder of the type Pictures book, using the New button in [Default domain|] > [Workspaces|] > [Rembrandt RS|] > [Images|] .

!03. New Content.png|border=1!

The user fills in the requested information and presses Create (there is also an option to cancel the creation of the folder).

Using the same methodology, an _“_ Additional images_”\_ is *created*, by creating a new Documents folder, Forum and Site via the New button.

After several documents are uploaded in the space, they can be _edited, commented on, referred, have their history reviewed, etc_.

h2. 6. Create Discusion

The same can be performed in the main _Rembrandt RS project_. For example, *create a discussion* in the forum of the main project, searching for the opinion of the project participants, regarding a particular document from the personal workspace. The way to do this is the following: Select the “Forums” from the left navigation panel of the _Rembrandt RS project_. Choose the New Topic option .

!07. New Topic.png|border=1!
In the form that opens up, enter the topic of the discussion. Fill in all necessary fields, choose the users and/or groups, which are to be included in the discussion and press the Create button .

 Subsequently, the data of the discussion can be edited.

h2. 7. Create relations

The discussion is now opened and comments can be entered, documents attached, etc. Open a random document   [Workspaces|] > [Rembrandt RS|] > [2. Images|] > [Additional images|] > [Rembrandt_Herman_Doomer.jpg|]  in _Rembrandt RS_  and navigate to tab Relation. Select the option to *create a new relation*.

!09. Add Relation.png|border=1!

Fill in the necessary data, refer to the one of created discussion and save. Use the same way to create an incoming relation to the [Rembrandt_Herman_Doomer.jpg|] document from the Document [Rembrandt+Database+2-23-09.pdf|], which was previously created in the > [3. Documents|] > [Project Management|] > [1. Start-up Documentation|] > [Rembrandt+Database+2-23-09.pdf|] .

!12. Quick Search Results.png|border=1!

h2. 9. Faceted Search

In case of advanced search, then use the *Faceted Search* from the left navigation panel. For example, enter the same keyword “Rembrandt”, but in Path choose to search only in the _Forums_ and start the search via the Go button. This way the screen will show only one result, namely the previously created discussion.

!13. Faceted Search.png|border=1!

In case no criteria are entered into the Faceted Search, then the screen will show all existing documents in the    _Rembrandt RS workspace_, as the search is performed in all workspaces, correlated to the user in question.

There are five notifications:
• creation: the user gets an email when some content is created in the space;
• modification: the user receives an email every time the space or its content is edited;
• workflow changed: the user receives an email for each action that happens during a review (start, abandon, document approval, document rejection);
• Approval workflow started: the user receives an email every time an approval workflow is started;
• Comments moderation: the user receives an email when a comment is approved on a site.
When click on the Subscribe button corresponding to the notification you want to subscribe to. A green check mark is displayed in front of the notification you have subscribed to and an Unsubscribe button is displayed instead of the Subscribe button.

The *History* tab also displays the previous versions of the document that were archived when the document was edited and its version increased. All previous versions can be consulted. You can also filtered versions.
