h1. Bulgarian Recipes
As part of the [Europeana Food and Drink|http://foodanddrinkeurope.eu/] project, Ontotext/Bulgariana collected 9071 Bulgarian recipes from crowd-sourcing sites.
We submitted them to Europeana and also created a [Semantic Demostrator|http://foodanddrinkeurope.eu/professional-applications/semantic-demonstrator/] to show-case semantic search for English and Bulgarian content collected by the project.
